Parental Control

It is assumed by Wacky Web Fun Ltd that everyone accessing this website is under 13 years of age and a resident of the UK.

If you wish to receive regular e-mails from your frog (or occasional information from Wacky Web Fun) we will ask you for your first name, your e-mail address and the e-mail address of your parent/s or guardian. If you provide the e-mail address of your parent/s or guardian we will send one e-mail to your parent or guardian informing them that we have collected personally identifiable information from you. Your parent/s or guardian will be provided with the facility to remove your personally identifiable details from Racing Frogs and Wacky Web Funís database.

Privacy Policy

The Racing Frogs Website has been designed to be a safe place to visit and Wacky Web Fun Ltd recognises the importance of protecting the information we collect from you.

The only information we will ever collect from you which can personally identify you is an e-mail address and your first name.

Wacky Web Fun Ltd may refuse to grant any username, or name for your frog, that impersonates someone else, is or may be illegal, is or may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights law, is vulgar or otherwise offensive, or may cause confusion, as Wacky Web Fun Ltd may determine in their sole discretion.
Messages
Your e-mail address will be used to despatch two different types of messages to you:
1. Information which forms part of the entertainment experience (e.g. e-mails from your frog); and
2. Information and news about Wacky Web Fun products.

During the Racing Career of your Frog
You can, at any time, stop either of these messages being sent to you by visiting the relevant page (always accessible from your frogís page) and removing the information from the relevant boxes. You are also able to change your e-mail address at this page.

On any e-mail you receive will be instructions on how to be removed from Wacky Web Fun Ltd's records.

Security Policy

The importance of secure storage of your personally identifiable information is of utmost concern to us. We exercise great care in transmitting your information from your computer to our servers.

Only those employees who need access to your information in order to do their jobs are allowed access. Any employee who violates our privacy and/or security policies is subject to disciplinary action.
